Barn wedding at Nickajack Farms

If you've been dreaming of a country-style wedding, you'd definitely want to check out this rustic wedding venue at Nickajack Farms. Situated in North Lawrence, Ohio, where the air is clean and fresh, this little gem is situated in the beautiful rolling hills west of Canton. If your wedding guests include children, you're in luck: for the youngsters, the farm has lots of things to see and do, including a giant slide and a playground. On late summer days, your entire wedding party can be treated to a 20 minute hayride. At "Rascals Roundup", the little ones can lasso a cow or romp in 10,000 pounds of corn in the corn crib.

The bridal suite was the perfect hideaway for the bride, Samantha's prep and also relaxation for everyone in between the day's events. It's spacious, cool and comfortable, and has a built-in kitchenette with lounge seating for chillin'. For Quentin and his men, a loft that sits above the reception area provided privacy and comfortable amenities.

The ceremony was held at the foot of the grand staircase. Guests sat comfortably at their tables while Sam and Quentin exchanged their vows. There is plenty of natural light coming in from floor to ceiling windows, as opposed to a dark cavernous hall. I captured a great silhouette as the newly married couple exited onto the patio.

Thanks to the amazing staff here, the wedding couple had their every need attended to.The spacious dance floor allowed everyone to get up and dance. I climbed up to the loft to get Sam and Nick during their first dance. A sparkler sendoff capped the warm summer evening. It was the perfect ending to a perfect day!
